We also import first-class timber (such as birch, maple, cherry and teak) and bark from Europe and solid wood trims from Italy and implements exquisite manual trimming technology to produce a full range of high-quality bedroom furniture and living room furniture with European style.In terms of material and workmanship, we use medium-density fiberboard laminated with 0.6mm-thickness European special-grade cherry bark on both sides. In solid wood section, we use grade one peach wood from Burma. In terms of engraving, our technical professionals implement rigorous control on material selection, color and grain, and implement manual engraving on carefully selected materials. In terms of paint spraying, we adopt systematic accordion coating process from Germany. Specially, we first color solid wood and bark, apply PU primer and then apply three layers of PE primer where each layer is carefully ground and reground. Finally, we apply finishing paint to form a smooth, thick and wear-resistant coating film.
